It's Time to End the Hustle Culture of Direct Sales!
Today we are talking about the hustle of network marketing and how we have to stop it! Can you be anti-hustle and successful? Yes, I think there is a way. Let’s talk about how to do it together in today’s episode.
In today’s episode we talk about:
We’ve got to stop this hamster-wheel hustle!
Hustling is not sustainable.
The first step in stopping the hustle is to PRIORITIZE your life.
What is the priority in your life? Is it really your business? I dare say that your business is a vehicle to get you to your priority (more time with family, freedom, etc.)
The vehicle often takes you away from your priority. I go through an example about how if your family is your priority what this might look like (8:57).
If you hear nothing else, hear this: If you are being told in order to be successful you must hustle and post in your Facebook groups 2+ times a day---they are WRONG and you have got to stop it!
The second step is to SET BOUNDARIES. An example would be setting the phone to dnd or even OFF after a certain time of the day. In order to stop the hustle, you have to have boundaries and honor them.
We are surrounded by people who have no boundaries and work all the time, it's hard not to compare.
Hustling does not give us a good quality of life.
The third step is to CONSIDER YOUR NEEDS, AND YOUR DESIRES.
Get really real with yourself right now: Are you loving everything about your company and the expectations they set?
You don’t have to hustle to be a success.
