Are You Playing to Win? Or Playing Not to Lose?
In this episode, we are going to talk about if you’re playing to win or playing not to lose. What does that mean and which one are you?
In today’s episode we talk about:
If you’re playing to win, it means you are investing in the things that bring you further, faster. You are on the path to becoming someone who has the capacity for success.
Playing not to lose means you come up with excuses not to play hard. You don’t like to get uncomfortable. You aren’t relentless in your mission. You come up with excuses.
A lot of us (me included) would say-- I’m playing to win. But if we really take stock in it, you’re more on the playing not to lose team.
So I ask you: Are you playing to win or playing not to lose and be REALLY honest with yourself.

What do you want? Are you coming up with excuses as to why you can’t make this happen?
We are so afraid of failure. And yes failure SUCKS, but I am where I am today because of those failures and I don’t regret any of it. Yes it was hard, but it was worth it.
We need to lean into the fact that failures are going to happen. And also acknowledge you will get through it.
Don’t let excuses rule you. “ I don’t have time, money, my kids need me, etc.”
If you change nothing, nothing changes. You will stay where you are.
IF you take action and invest in yourself and your business, that is playing to win!
