Today we are talking with Mindi Huebner about letting go of your limiting beliefs and getting around those beliefs in your business.   • If you believe you’re not a good recruiter, you’re showing up in a way that is proving your belief. Once you decide to believe in something more empowering you will also create habits for this!

  • How do you rewire your brain?

    • Is this belief coming from a place of protection? What would open up for you if you stopped believing “I’m not good enough, I’m not a good recruiter, etc.”

    • Start rewiring in the direction you want. Move your attention to “I have the tools and I can implement them”. I can, I'm able, I’m the type who ______

    • What would be available to you if you decided on something a little more empowering than “I can’t”

  • What limiting belief are you having that is masquerading as protection, that is protecting you from failure, but its actually protecting you from your success.

  • When we think a thought habitually, it becomes a belief and an emotion. It becomes an “I am” statement  The words following these I am statements are some of the most powerful words in the universe.

  • Understanding the importance of surrounding yourself with people who want you to succeed. Do yourself a favor and find a mentor.

  • The brain is always thinking in gains and losses.

  • Quit trying to convenience people that you are making a good choice for you. Set a boundary. 

  • The more that you focus on what you don’t want and don’t like, the more you will be focused on that. 

  • Ask yourself what am I actually focusing on? The lack or the abundance?
