EPISODE 141: How To Know When To Share The Business
How To Know When To Share The Business
Today we are talking about how and when to share the business with prospects.
We discuss why relationships are so important in the biz and how conversations and genuine questions play a KEY role in growing your business and team.
In this episode we talk about:
Once you have a vision, the next step is to start focusing on building relationships.
The relationships you are building are so you can serve! Because we are in a relationship business.
Building relationships takes time, it’s a long game!
You have got to know who your ideal customer is before you can serve them.
You have to nurture and build relationships between people becoming your customer and them possibly joining your team.
You’ve got to create the opportunities for conversations to happen.
Relationships lead to >> Conversations. Conversations lead to the opportunities to ask >> Questions
Why are you doing the business?
When I’m focused on serving, I’m able to give, and then the money comes!
When you serve others at a deeper level, you will come off as not spammy and salesy.
There is no perfect formula for this. People are not all the same, and situations are not all the same! There is no one size fits all answer!
When you ask questions, then you know where your customer’s needs are.
Listen for clues, and then share your signature story which we’ll be discussing during the bootcamp.
The relationships you are building are not so that you can ask them to join your team or sell your product to them. You're building relationships so you can SERVE!
